Does the film affect visibility?
XSHIELD products are optically clear. Perfect, undetectable visibility depends heavily on the install quality.
How long does XSHIELD last?
We recommend removing or replacing a layer every 6 months for best results, although our films can last longer depending on where and how you drive as well as your care and maintenance routines.
Will it change how my windshield looks, or affect resale value?
No. XSHIELD is optically clear and installs cleanly to your windshield's edges — it doesn't alter your car's factory look. It's a protective layer, not a modification, and it comes off cleanly if you ever remove it.
