All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below. These terms are intended to provide clear information regarding order processing, shipping expectations, and customer responsibilities.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to increased shipment volumes, weather conditions, staffing shortages, or other operational factors. Tracking updates may not appear immediately, and delivery timelines cannot always be guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected shipping method. All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed and will be included in the final order total.

• Domestic Delivery Estimates: Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within two (2) to seven (7) business days after shipment.
• International Delivery Estimates: International transit times generally range from four (4) to twenty-two (22) business days, depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Estimated delivery windows may vary and are not guaranteed.
• Address Changes: Requests to modify a shipping address must be submitted before the order has been shipped. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, address modifications may no longer be possible. Customers may need to work directly with the carrier regarding delivery changes.
• Delayed Deliveries: If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can assist in tracking and investigating the delay.
• Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.
• Damaged Packages: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible. When practical, customers should refuse delivery of severely damaged packages and notify our support team immediately for assistance.

International Duties & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless specifically stated. If a shipment is refused because import fees are not paid, any refund issued may be reduced by return shipping costs and related carrier fees.

Our warranty only applies to the manufacturing and quality of the product, being free of defects, before it is installed. Should you need to file a warranty claim, please contact support@xshield-protect.com and include your order number, as well as any supporting evidence.

In no way are XSHIELD windshield protection film products invincible to any and all forces, however the product has been engineered and developed to withstand most wear and tear from typical off-road driving conditions.
